This three bedroomed premises has been built in the traditional manner by craftsman Michael Masterson, who used locally sourced traditional and eco -friendly materials. The cottage is a stepping back in time, with its reed thatched roof, cob walls, earth plasters, and wooden floors. The open hearth fire is the perfect setting for either a romantic evening, or one of reminiscing on days gone by, mixed with a little bit of ‘ceol agus craic’. Bicycles and boats can both be hired on site for a small charge. The nearby villages of Moyne, Ballinamuck and Arvagh in Co Cavan are all easily accessible, providing entertainment and shopping to keep guests busy.

Annagh House is a beautiful four bedroomed stone Farmhouse which can cater for up to 10 people. Located on the main Longford – Arva road ( R198 ) next to the borders of both Leitrim and Cavan the farmhouse is serviced by Whartons local bus which travels Cavan to Longford several times a day. The nearby villages of Ballinamuck and Arvagh are easily accessible, providing entertainment and shopping for visitors to the area. Visiting anglers are well catered for at Annagh House with boat hire on Annagh Lake, as well as a bait shed and drying facilities on site. Bicycles are also provided for visiting guests to enjoy the quiet and beautiful countryside of North Longford. Guests of Annagh House, which is part of a 20 hectare working farm, have complete freedom to engage in animal and farm activities during the summer months.

Currygrane Fishing Lodge
This charming two bedroomed fishing lodge is located two miles outside the historical village of Ballinalee. Situated on the shoreline of its own lake, Currygrane, there is a private slipway next to the premises with a lake fishing boat provided for the sole use of guests. Gallaghers is a modern four bedroom self catering house set in a rural part of County Longford, the house is only one km from the award winning village of Abbeyshrule, set along the Royal Canal and near to the River Inny. An ideal location for touring the Lakelands region, things to do in the area include angling, golf, horse riding, boating on the canal and many other water based sporting activities.
